A big part of Adventuring, whether that’s Overlanding, Off-Roading, Rock Crawling or Mudding, is being able to connect with other like-minded adventures, get hands-on with equipment and learn new skills.
This Years current events have placed an unprecedented burden not only on our Community but the World. In response many Event Organizers, heeding Medical and Government advice, have decided to cancel their events for this year.
Overlanding & Off-Roading Events in 2020
The last few years have seen an explosion of events that help to bring the community together.
Each event is a unique experience, but for the most part, they all include many of the same aspects. Most events feature clinics (from map skills to recovery), vendor areas to actually get hands-on the equipment before purchasing, guest speakers, and demos. Then again, on the other hand, it could just be a local group getting together to share experiences and have fun.
These events scale from just a few dozen to thousands and are spread across the U.S. and Canada, so finding one to fit the way you adventure is becoming more accessible. 2020 has many new events and this is by no means a complete listing and if you know of anymore and would like to share please drop me a message or comment below and I will add it to the list.

April 2020 Events
Smoky Mountain Overland Rally held in the shadows of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park in Cosby TN, the SMORally consists of 3 days of Rally style events including organized classes and trail rides for all skill levels.

June 2020 Events
BC Overland Rally – CANCELED
At the BC Overland Rally, we bring together some of the overland world’s top travelers, instructors, vendors, and a huge variety of individuals, couples, families and friends, who want to learn new skills, make contacts, meet friends, be inspired, win prizes.
Not to mention, have a great few days camping and chatting in the beautiful BC mountains close to Vancouver.

RecCon Montana
RecCon Montana is where Montana’s, outdoor retailers, manufacturers, Overlanding enthusiasts, guide services, mountain bikers, fly shops, outfitters, summer and winter sports enthusiasts, non-profits, government agencies and public landowners come together from all over the state and country.
This is the event to get to for the ultimate showcase of the wide range of things you can do in the Great State of Montana.

For the last 13 years, the FJ Summit has brought together Toyota owners from across North America and beyond. Strangers come together to form an enthusiastic community intent on sharing their love of the vehicle and four-wheeling.

Overland Expo – West is the premier Overlanding event in the world.

The Rocky Mountain Overland Rally is a family-friendly Overlanding festival where you can meet vendors, instructors, and other explorers.

Mid-Atlantic Overland Festival
The Mid-Atlantic Overland Festival is an annual celebration of overland travel, and a gathering of adventurers to hit the trails, gain knowledge about the practice of Overlanding, and share expedition stories around the campfire.

Summer KCamp by KC
This is an invite-only event but you can win tickets! Details of the event will only be released to Monthly Winners of the KC Adventure Further® Giveaway from April to June, 2020. It’s an opportunity to be a part of authentic storytelling in a setting that takes you back to some of the best times you had in the outdoors… during summer camp. Only now it’s vehicle-based camping and we’re all a lot older.
This is pretty huge guys!
One grand prize winner will be chosen in November for an all expense paid trip to KC Headquarters, Custom Pro-6 Light Bar, $3500 KC Gear, and an off-road adventure experience with the KC Team.

Adventure Travel Expo Southwest was established in 2018 as a small grassroots event.

OverlandNTH 2020
The Overlanding community is spread out all over Ontario and Canada. Our purpose at OverlandNTH (“Overland North”) is to bring seasoned and new overlanders together via social media and in-person for a yearly gathering.
