Check out these Toyota Heritage Color TRD Emblems straight from China
These TRD Emblems are pretty cool.
Car Trim Home says they are for 4Runner 2010-2020, but they are universal.
These can be applied to any Toyota out there, and maybe even your friends’ Jeep. Stick these bad boys on your 4Runner, Tacoma, Tundra, FJ Cruiser or anything else. Whatever you have, these TRD emblems will work for you.
In the kit that Car Trim ships, you will get two of these emblems. They actually feel like they are made of really high-quality materials.
These Car Trim Home emblems do not feel cheap. For less than $20, you can’t go wrong.
These TRD emblems pictured here are from Car Trim Home but I will leave some links to other TRD Badges and emblems (other color and style options) on Amazon.

The application is pretty simple for these TRD Emblems.
Here is the process I followed:
- Step 1. Clean the area with rubbing alcohol
- Step 2. Use a level to level and mark the area
- Step 3. Use some painters tape to mark the level area
- Step 4. Remove the 3M backing from the emblem
- Step 5. Stick the emblem into place on the 4Runner
The process is incredibly simple. The hardest part might be getting emblems level and exact on both sides, but its really your own call on where you want the emblems. I also measured the distance on both sides of the emblems in relation to the rear cargo window and the backseat window.
Create Flat Guide
In order to get the emblems lined up correctly, I created a straight line based on the 4th line up on the rear cargo window. That gave me a straight line to follow all the way to the backseat windows to ensure center fitment. Hopefully, that makes sense.
Final Emblems after Application
Final Thoughts?
I like them!
For a small little addition to the 4Runner, it adds some color, especially on the MGM.
I could also see these looking really good on white. They are also so cheap that you can put them wherever you want. I considered grabbing a set for my garage fridge and/or freezer.
Finally, I was surprised at how high-quality these are. They really do feel well-built for a small little emblem.
And, after seeing these, I would like to buy an ABS 3d printer and make a set for Trail4R.com.
In any case, this is a cool little mod you can add for under $20.
Questions or Comments?
Any chance of these being available in the smaller size for a tundra c pillar?
They have their colors backwards…
Do they come reversed for right and left side?
The colors are backward. It should be yellow to red.
What’s the measurements on which you placed the badge?
Any suggestions for where to find a TRAIL emblem?
“I could also see these looking really good on white.”
I just put them on my white ‘17 TRD ORP and I think they look great on white!
How difficult is it to get the stock badges off?
It was semi difficult. WD 40 and a heat gun made it easier. The adhesive for old badges is pretty strong.
